✠ ADVENTURE GUILD ✠

The Adventurer's Guild is the oldest informally established guild of the realm. Since the consolidation of the guilds in late 2024, the Adventure Guild is now charged with oversight of the following categories:

  • Travel & Exploration; including road & rail upkeep, and cartography
  • Public Inns; including expanding the current number across all roads and railway stops
  • XP & Beasts; including XP farming & locating all unique mobs/structures
  • Information; including curation at libraries, and creation of news stands/gazettes

Headquartered in the all new Grand Adventure Guild Hall in Aridnea City. The Hall showcases trophies from various types of dungeons and beasts, conquered within the realm, as well as the guild's magnum opus; The Adventurer's Enchiridion. This is a large guidebook written in realm to assist with the pursuit of experience, locations of dungeons, and strategies to conquer them. The Hall also contains the 'Grand Map Room' and the 'Grand Library'. The Guild is currently expanding its presence throughout the realm via the Inns and All Guild Halls.

However, the Adventure Guild remains in the heart of every player, punch a piece of wood and you will find it, mine a block of stone and it is there... XD

✠ MINING GUILD ✠

The Mining Guild was established along with the great consolidation of the guilds. It is tasked with overseeing the following pursuits:

  • Mining & prospecting/resource location
  • Crafting & large scale manufacturing
  • Smithing; forges and fuel generation
  • Building; including material storage

The Mining Guild is headquartered in the Workshop of Aridnea City. This hosts access to the realm's first large scale mine (Ravine Mine), the 'refinery', the public 'Storage Repository Warehouse' housing most blocks available in game, and the immense manufactory power of the workshop. This site is serviced by the ravine mine's 'Mining Guild' railway station, allowing the transfer of goods to Citadel Station (and the rest of the world), or to the docks of Barren Lake & the Yestergust Sea. Recently, the discovery of the 'Mines of Corruption', near Port Ragga, has led to plans for a separate Mining division headquarters. Even while barely explored, it already appears to be the largest cavern system ever found in world, with countless open air nodes of iron, copper, gold and diamond.

✠ MERCHANT GUILD ✠

Evolving out of the Aridnean Central Bank, a need arose to better record villager trading tips and resource prospects within the realm. Now formally established in the great guild consolidation, the Merchant Guild is responsible for:

  • Trading: locating and skilling villagers
  • Banking: storage of trade commodities, emeralds
  • Farming: crops are THE essential commodity

The Merchant's Guild Hall is located in the Aridnea Central Bank, upstairs. Currently, one will find the 'Merchant's Gazette' listing known villager trade locations and reports on the popularity or scarcity of certain tradeables, along with details and locations of established or potential resource sites across the realm. This periodical gazette will soon be dispersed to large settlements across the realm. Also the bank itself is publicly accessible to anyone; take emeralds, gold, diamonds as you need, or trade with the 'exchanger' NPC, who will exchange gold ingots for iron ingots.
