Aridnea City
Greater Aridnea Region

Genesis of the Realm, founded upon the worldspawn in spawnyear. The earliest days consisted of the (yet to be named) Outside Inn, The Memorial, Ravine Mine, and farmlands. The Citadel and People's Palace were the first major construction projects of the realm, an effort to improve and fortify living conditions on the island. Aridnea has continued to grow exponentially since and will forever maintain it's status as safe communal lands open to all. Aridnea City is a realmwide hub for; transport (rail, road, canal & nether), manufacture, merchantry, history, guilds, and adventure. The formalization of 'Greater Aridnea' in fourthyear established direct control across the nearby border sub-regions and dependencies of; Arctia, Aquamarine, and Aridmarch.

City Districts
Citadel
The main city centre located around worldspawn and the eponymous granite/diorite Citadel. Home to the oldest and grandest constructions in the realm. Main hub for all things this city has to offer, and the majority of sites/features mentioned in the citywide blurb above.
Southwatch
Southern overwatch of Aridnea Island, the grand deepslate bastion tower sees all. Southwatch has developed into a strong smithing commune since it's construction in late fourthyear.
Mudbrickham
Originally a farming community built sometime around second-thirdyear across the northern part of Aridnea Island. Unsustainable population growth compelled former Mudbrickhamians to spread out and settle Barren Lake Island, Lighthouse Island, and the farming islands around Aquamarine. The hamlet itself was expanded in fifthyear, transitioning to a more generalised trading commune as automation came to most of the city's farmlands.
Barren Lake Island
Partially inhabited since secondyear, then solely home to the Sea Lantern Hotel. In fifthyear came a large scale construction effort that expanded into a farming/fishing/shipping commune across the entire island.
